Sales Conditions, Cancellations and Terms

1. Organization and Sales

Organizer:

The SalsaRave event is organized and operated by Ideafoster SL (from now on the "Organiser"), with CIF B66179755 and its registered office at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 672, 08010, Barcelona, Spain. The organization is responsible for the sale and distribution of all RavePass tickets and accommodation packages at Hotel Don Ángel, any other hotels or accommodation managed by the attendees, won't be the responsibility of the Organiser.

Sales and Payment Processing:

All payments for RavePass tickets and RavePass with rooms are processed through goanddance.com Upon purchasing, the customer enters into a binding contract with the Organiser. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your ticket details and booking information.

Taxes and Fees:

All prices listed on SalsaRave.com include applicable taxes. Any additional service fees will be disclosed during the checkout process.

2. RavePass Sales

No Refund Policy:

All RavePass purchases are final. In the event that you cannot attend, no refunds will be provided. However, you will be able to apply the total amount paid toward a RavePass for the 2027 edition of SalsaRave. This transfer is valid for one year only and applies exclusively to RavePass tickets (rooms excluded).

Name Changes:

If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your RavePass to someone else, a name change fee of 10€ will apply. The name change must be requested no later than September 9, 2026. After this date, name changes will not be allowed unless managed by the original purchaser.

3. RavePass with Rooms

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For purchases that include both the RavePass and a room, refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances, provided valid documentation is submitted:

• Health Reasons: A doctor’s certificate must be provided to prove that you are unable to attend due to health issues.

• Work Reasons: A letter from your employer stating that you are required to work and cannot attend the event.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: For example, accidents or family emergencies, which must be supported by proper evidence.

Refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026. Any approved refunds will only apply to the accommodation portion, never to the RavePass, which we could apply the term 1.

Name Changes for Room and RavePass:

You may transfer both the room and the RavePass to another individual for a fee of 10€ per name change. This must be requested no later than September 1, 2026. After this date, name changes will not be accepted unless managed by the original purchaser.

4. General Terms

No Refunds on RavePass:

As stated above, all RavePass purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Only the accommodation portion is eligible for a refund based on the outlined conditions.

Documentation for Refunds:

To request a refund for rooms due to valid circumstances (health, work, or unforeseen situations), please contact our support team at cobeatpartylive@gmail.com with the necessary proof. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny refunds if insufficient documentation is provided.

Deadline for Name Changes:

The deadline for all name change requests is September 1, 2026. After this date, the original purchaser is responsible for any further changes.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:

In the rare case that SalsaRave is canceled or postponed, your RavePass will automatically roll over to the next event without any additional cost.

5. Legal Information

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
